Over the last times the frequency of visits of leaders of Karabakh terrorists, including Arkadiy Gukasian, and officials of Yerevan to Nagorno Karabakh and Yerevan. As of information spread in media on September 20, a day ago Arkadiy Gukasian paid a next visit to Yerevan to meet with his terrorist counterpart, Robert Kocharian. The announcement says during the meeting the parties had discussions on the ways to resolution to Karabakh conflict. The information spread by the Armenian President's Administration provided no details on the topic under discussion Although no details are provided, the date of the meeting held immediately upon the trip of PACE President Lord Russell Johnston to the Caucasian region and discussions of the question on territorial integrity of Azerbaijan at the closed meeting of the CE Ministerial Committee says much. The fact is that PACE leadership stated on illegality of the municipal elections" held in Nagorno Karabakh and stressed that such provocation actions are actually directed to impeding the peace process. PACE President, in the meantime, issued a statement in Yerevan similar to that made by the US Department of State, which ranks the Nagorno Karabakh as an occupied territory, citing Karen Demirchian, a victim of the Armenian terror in Yerevan while addressing the Armenian parliament Mr. R.Johnston indicated the necessity in this stage for liberation of the occupied districts of Azerbaijan, excluding Nagorno Karabakh and Lachin. Undoubtedly, that was a warning to Armenia and Karabakh. Although CE Ministerial Committee meeting held on September 19 in Strasbourg was held behind the closed doors, the topic to be discussed was well known beforehand. The meeting was to discuss recognition of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity by Armenia and consider official Yerevan's written agreement on the issue. The question was raised at the PACE during the spring session by the Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation. As no statement has been made for press, there is no information on CE Ministerial Committee's final decision in this respect. Simply, we can state Armenia's barbarian and aggressor policy was not favored and the ideas put forward stipulated implementation of 4 resolutions by UN final documents of Lisbon and Istanbul summits. That was the right conclusion, for the opposite would mean CE's declination from its principles. Perhaps, both Gukasyan and Kocharian well understand it. They also well understand at

least the districts Fizuli, Aghdam, Jebrail, Zangilan, Kelbejer and Gubadly must be liberated. Otherwise, Armenia will inevitably face with some problems. Taking into account all the said, it is possible to suppose during the meeting the two terrorists discussed the ways for delaying liberation of 6 Azerbaijani districts under occupation. As we are well familiar with the true essence of Armenians we can add that the terrorists also discussed mining of the areas to be liberated, or making unfit the territories fit for sowing. Still no one has seen an Armenian politician to put forward an idea useful for the whole mankind. Yes, Armenia and the so-called "Nagorno Karabakh Republic" have clashed with the fact. They are obliged to step back. But they know very well such step will strengthen the opposition and create real danger for their state power. The opposition, meanwhile, is using every failure to intensify the attacks. Now Yerevan openly confesses that R.Kocharian patronizes terrorism. Not only R.Kocharian, but the country's entire leadership has faced with such accusations. Leader of the People's Party, Stephan Demirchian, stated Armenian's leadership patronizes terrorists.
That's pity, today the Armenian terrorism is not discussed in the international level. Nationwide, there is close relations between drugs business and terrorism and in compliance with the truth accepted, as usual, the terrorist groups control over drugs business. Even Mr. R.Johnston confessed the Armenians in Karabakh are involved in drugs business, as well terrorism. He said the drugs, planted in Karabakh, is processed in Turkey. Although that raised objection in Azerbaijan, in fact saying "Turkey's territory" he meant PKK terrorists and by this manner indirectly confirmed the cooperation between Armenian and Kurdish terrorists.
Discussion of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, resolution of Karabakh conflict in the course of the meeting between the Russian and Armenian Presidents, Vladimir Putin and Robert Kocharian, in Yerevan once more demonstrates official Moscow's keen interests in settlement of the problem. Russia did not hinder its strong will for resumption of the Baku-Mehri-Culfa railway route, connecting Russia with Armenia, Iran and Persian Gulf, which does not operate at present due to the said conflict. As it seems Armenians are in awkward situation and are obliged to liberate at least 6 districts.
